★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz meses que tento realizar um contato presencial, por telefone e não é possível. Não tenho débitos no meu cpf e meus scores só baixa. Gostaria de realizar a exclusão de limpeza de consultas no cpf. Fui a meses atrás no Spc e com louvor o atendimento é impecável e está funcionando normalmente com todas as medidas sanitárias contra o vírus covid. Inclusive todas as empresas. Menos o Serasa.
 I've been trying to make contact in person, by phone, for months and it's not possible. I don't have debts on my cpf and my scores are just low. I would like to perform queries cleanup deletion in cpf. I went to Spc months ago and with praise the service is impeccable and is working normally with all sanitary measures against the covid virus. Including all companies. Except Serasa.

Só se resolve problemas com empresas se for assim.Só reclamações nada mais... surgiu uma divida com a sky q nem tenho contrato. E pior a propria sky n reconhece meu cpf. Como assim? O legal de tudo é q nenhum canal de atendimento da sky e nem do serasa resolve. Chega nem perto. Se juntar meu povo.
It's better to look for a local newspaper to publicize such an outrage. Problems with companies can only be solved if that is the case. Only complaints, nothing more... I have a debt with sky that I don't even have a contract. And worse the sky itself does not recognize my cpf. Like this? The cool thing is that no service channel on the sky or serasa solves it. Not even close. Join my people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive aqui no serasa experian, por sinal um nome "muito pomposo", mas fiquei MUUUUUUUUUITO DECEPCIONADO com o atendimento. Apenas me informaram o telefone da empresa credora e que eu teria que negociar diretamente com ela. FOI MUITO FRUSTRANTE !!!
I was here at serasa experian, by the way a "very pompous" name, but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service. They just told me the phone number of the creditor company and that I would have to negotiate directly with them. IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem cheguei a ser atendido, a empresa encerrou o atendimento presencial na cidade dia 04/05, sequer informaram aqui, ainda mostra que está "aberto" não percam seu tempo indo até lá pois fechou! Tem apenas essa folheto da foto.
I didn't even get to be answered, the company closed the face-to-face service in the city on the 04/05th, they didn't even report here, it still shows that it's "open" don't waste your time going there because it closed! It only has this leaflet in the photo.
