★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que precisam melhorar o atendimento por telefone, liguei e fiquei esperando 5 minutos na atendente virtual e depois caiu a ligação. Ou seja não consegui sequer falar com uma pessoa. Quanto ao restante não posso opinar pq nem passei na fase de atendimento aí cliente.
I believe they need to improve the phone service, I called and waited 5 minutes at the virtual attendant and then dropped the call. In other words, I couldn't even talk to a person. As for the rest, I can't give an opinion because I didn't even go through the customer service phase.
