Tem ainda uma jacuzzi imensa pra relaxar, só achei que poderia estar com a água um pouco mais quentinha.
 The SPA is incredible, I recommend it! Cozy place, very clean and organized. Josi's service was great, a sympathy! And Pedro's massage was excellent, great professional!
It also has a huge jacuzzi to relax, I just thought that the water could be a little warmer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionaria atenciosa, fui atendida pela Dani numa serie de procedimentos. A agua da piscina,dessa vez , estava morninha. Porém, o que notei é que eles estao segurando os itens que constam como disponíveis ao cliente, pois tive que ir pedindo à medida das minhas necessidades: primeiro, o chinelo, depois sabonete e condicionador, depois o roupão que antes ficavam dentro dos armários Outro fato desagradável é fazer o banho de ofurô entre os tratamentos e permanecer ensopada nos demais. Tive que pedir o roupao mas nao me forneceram aquele atoalhado e sim, um bem fino, que nao serviu para me enxugar!
Itens a serem observados pela direcao para nao comprometer a qualidade dos serviços prestados! No banho de ofuro com pétalas, favor colocar pétalas suficientes para se sentir num autêntico!!!
Fora estas observações, foi uma tarde de aniversário muito boa!

However, what I noticed is that they are holding the items that are available to the customer, as I had to go asking them according to my needs: first, the slipper, then soap and conditioner, then the robe that used to be inside the closets. unpleasant fact is to make the hot tub between treatments and stay soaked in the others. I had to ask for the clothes but they did not provide me with that towel, but a very fine one, which did not serve to dry me!
Items to be observed by the management so as not to compromise the quality of the services provided! In the hot tub with petals, please put enough petals to feel like an authentic !!!
Apart from these observations, it was a very good birthday afternoon!
