★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O "Serviço" propagandeado não é o que é feito de fato e as funcionárias são o pior tipo de gente e profissional. O que esta empresa faz não é o que parece, se trata de APENAS buscar seu falecido animal na sua casa e levar para uma empresa de incineração de LIXO HOSPITALAR, na Guabiraba, onde é incinerado e as cinzas DESCARTADAS junto com este mesmo lixo hospitalar, lhe cobrando quase 500 reais para essa desumanidade. E se você cancela o serviço depois de solicitado, tem a cara de pau de cobrar 100 reais de taxa de serviço. Durante a contratação em MOMENTO NENHUM me informaram de que não iria receber uma urna com as cinzas da minha cadela, só descobri isso quando uma delas soltou já depois de estarem na minha casa e assinado o contrato (o qual também não menciona isso). Uma delas, a loira, ainda teve a cara de pau de, ao ter que me esperar chegar em casa e fazer minhas perguntas sobre o serviço, dizer que "nunca nenhum cliente a fez passar por isso" que "já tinha prestado o 'serviço' para gente 'importante', 'deputados' e que eu deveria simplesmente "confiar neles por trabalharem com isso há varios anos" e estava com "duvidas e desconfiança demais", etc. Pois fique registrado que só não os processo por não ter paciência e dinheiro pra pagar advogado.
The "Service" advertised is not what is actually done and the employees are the worst kind of people and professionals. What this company does is not what it seems, it is about JUST picking up your deceased animal at your home and taking it to a HOSPITAL WASTE incineration company, in Guabiraba, where it is incinerated and the ASH DISPOSED along with this same hospital waste, charging you almost 500 reais for this inhumanity. And if you cancel the service after being asked, you have the face of charging 100 reais of service fee. During the hiring in MOMENTO, NO one informed me that I would not receive an urn with the ashes of my dog, I only discovered this when one of them released after they were at my house and signed the contract (which also does not mention that). One of them, the blonde, still had the stubborn face of, when she had to wait for me to get home and ask my questions about the service, saying that "no customer ever made her go through this" that "had already provided the 'service 'for' important 'people,' deputies' and that I should simply "trust them for working with this for several years" and I was with "too many doubts and mistrust", etc. For the record, I just don't process them for not having patience and money to pay a lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa empresa foi péssima!! Levaram o corpo do meu cachorro, disseram que não devolveriam as cinzas, não me deram recibo, me cobraram 420,00 e até agora não enviaram o certificado.
Quando ligo pra lá, ficam dando desculpa esfarrapada ????
Já fazem 2 meses que ele faleceu
My experience with this company was terrible!! They took my dog's body, said they wouldn't return the ashes, they didn't give me a receipt, they charged me 420.00 and so far they haven't sent the certificate.
When I call there, they keep making a lame excuse ????
