I don't know what the phone is for if no one answers, Whatsapp if no one answers the messages. It's a struggle to schedule, reschedule or confirm an appointment.

O Dr. deixou atrasado e ainda passou uma outra paciente na minha frente que disseram que era encaixe. Resultado: Desmarquei a consulta e fui embora. Se a clinica quer trabalhar com encaixe, não tem problema. No entanto que não gera atraso na consulta agendada previamente.
Today would be my first appointment with the psychiatrist. However, I was unable to pass the consultation. The doctor left late and another patient passed in front of me who said it was a fit. A secretária só me orientou a pedir o encaminhamento médico e não falou nada q eu precisava solicitar a autorização do meu plano. Resultado: perdi minha consulta agendada há tempos por falta de informação. Fiquei meia hora tentando resolver e nada da SerpCraz me ajudar! E a psicóloga, q viu todo meu mal estar, nem se prontificou a me acolher. Ou seja: deixou claro q não se importa com seus pacientes! Péssimo!! Fujam pois só vão passar nervoso!
The entire team is NOT prepared to work with psychology. The secretary only instructed me to ask for a medical referral and didn't say anything that I needed to request authorization for my plan. Result: I missed my appointment scheduled a long time ago due to lack of information. I spent half an hour trying to solve it and SerpCraz didn't help me! And the psychologist, who saw all my discomfort, didn't even offer to take me in. In other words: he made it clear that he doesn't care about his patients! Terrible!! Run away because you will only get nervous!
