★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, extremamente insatisfeita e jamais recomendaria para alguém, se alguém estiver lendo esse comentário por favor, procure outra empresa pois essa foi a maior decepção que tive em toda a minha vida com prestação de serviços. Contatei o serviço da SerraTec em 12/05/2021, no mesmo dia vieram e buscaram a minha máquina e depois dias depois, em 14/05/2021 devolveram a minha, funcionou uma vez e voltou a dar problema no mesmo dia. No dia 15/05/2022 contatei eles e comuniquei que ainda estava com problema, aí começou a enrolação, demoraram mais de uma semana para buscar a máquina novamente, mas buscaram, depois disso me deram várias desculpas, "a peça vem de fora, vai demorar a chegar" "sua máquina está pronta e vamos entregar na semana que vem" "a Kombi que faz a entrega está com problema" "o carro foi consertado e entrego ele amanhã mesmo" isso tudo e mais inúmeras outras desculpas, enquanto isso era uma luta para me atenderem ou até mesmo me responder no whatsapp e eu já havia pago o serviço e estava sem a máquina. Solicitei meu dinheiro de volta, pedi a máquina do jeito que estava e por fim já sem esperança de ter qualquer tipo de resolução eu pedi que ficassem com a máquina mesmo e só me devolvessem o dinheiro porque depois de meses nessa situação eu tive que comprar outra máquina porque tenho uma idosa de 94 anos em casa com Alzheimer e um deficiente físico e já não tinha mais como ficar a máquina de lavar. Isso tudo foi dito para eles e SEMPRE me coloquei a disposição para resolver, cheguei até a ir nesse endereço da empresa que está registrado no Google e não existe nada lá além de casa, perguntei até a alguns moradores que disseram bem conhecer a empresa. Enfim, hoje depois de um ano eu ainda continuo sem minha máquina de lavar roupas, sem meus R$550,00 reais que paguei pelo serviço e me sentinfo lesada de todas as maneiras possíveis por essa empresa. Estou tomando as medidas cabíveis diante a justiça com esperança de só assim conseguir reaver os meus prejuízos pois em momento algum a empresa se colocou a disposição para resolver.
Sinceramente, não recomendo nem para o meu pior inimigo.
Horrible, extremely dissatisfied and would never recommend to anyone, if anyone is reading this review please look for another company as this was the biggest disappointment I had in my entire life with service provision. I contacted SerraTec service on 05/12/2021, on the same day they came and got my machine and then days later, on 05/14/2021 they returned mine, it worked once and the problem came back on the same day. On 05/15/2022 I contacted them and informed them that I still had a problem, then the trouble started, they took more than a week to get the machine again, but they did, after that they gave me several excuses, "the part comes from outside, it will take a while to arrive" "your machine is ready and we will deliver it next week" "the van that makes the delivery has a problem" "the car was fixed and I will deliver it tomorrow" all this and countless other excuses, in the meantime it was a struggle to answer me or even answer me on whatsapp and I had already paid for the service and was without the machine. I asked for my money back, asked for the machine the way it was and finally, without hope of having any kind of resolution, I asked them to keep the machine and just give me the money back because after months in this situation I had to buy another one. machine because I have a 94-year-old woman at home with Alzheimer's and a disabled person and there was no longer a place for the washing machine. This was all told to them and I ALWAYS made myself available to solve it, I even went to the address of the company that is registered on Google and there is nothing there but home, I even asked some residents who said they knew the company well. Anyway, today after a year I still don't have my washing machine, without my R$550.00 that I paid for the service and I feel wronged in every way possible by this company. I'm taking the appropriate measures in front of justice with the hope of only being able to recover my losses because at no time did the company make itself available to resolve.
Honestly, I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
