Terrible, the employees take the phone off the hook, because you keep listening to their conversations and then you can't call anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 13 de Julho ,minha tia cadeirante veio ao posto emergência após consulta pediram para levá-la para f fazer curativo 11:50.. mais minhã mãe acompanhando ela foi maltratada pela pessoa que ia fazer o curativo pois já era próximo de meio dia e era hora de almoço, tudo bem após a falta de educação minha mãe e minha tia esperaram até 13:00 o horário combinado,só apareceram para fazer o curativo as 14:15.apos muita pelejo..triste este posto já foi melhor ...a enfermeira tem que aprender trabalhar.( Funcionário LÉO este sim está de parabéns super bem preparado )
Today, July 13th, my aunt in a wheelchair came to the emergency unit after a consultation they asked me to take her for the dressing at 11:50.. but my mother accompanying her was mistreated by the person who was going to do the dressing as it was already close to midday and it was lunchtime, alright after the lack of education my mother and aunt waited until 13:00 the agreed time, they only showed up to do the dressing at 14:15. after a lot of fighting..sad this post was better .. .the nurse has to learn to work.(LÉO employee, this is to be congratulated, very well prepared)

Tomei aqui minha 1a. Dose da vacina contra a Covid-19 e não tenho nada à acrescentar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizado, falta de educação. A pior equipe que já me atendeu. Perdi um filho por falta de acompanhamento no pré natal. Não solicitaram os exames que deveriam para prevenção. Horrível e não indico a ninguém.
Disorganized, lack of education. The worst team that ever attended me. I lost a child for lack of prenatal care. They did not request the tests they should for prevention. Horrible and I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O posto é muito mal organizado, quando fui havia uma fila enorme para tomar a vacina contra o covid, fiquei cerca de duas horas na fila, debaixo de um sol quente só pra apresentar os documentos, depois de apresentar levei cerca de mais 30 minutos pra ser chamado.
The clinic is very poorly organized, when I went there was a huge queue to get the covid vaccine, I was in line for about two hours under the hot sun just to present the documents, after presenting it it took me about 30 more minutes to be called.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar e super limpo ,a equipe que me atendeu até hj não deixou a desejar ,só na última consulta que uma mulher na triagem não teve o mínimo de educação comigo quando somente perguntei se já havia começado a atender os pacientes
Logo virou e falou "-não sei se vc percebeu que lá fora está cheio, e não tem previsão de atendimento "
Sai logo da sala e deixei ela lá pq perguntei com educação se tá ali trabalhando o minino e respeito com os pacientes infelizmente hj em dia existem muitos que formam e quer somente ocupar o lugar ali e não exerce com amor e respeito a profissão ,e o atendimento no telefone fixo tbem está deixando muito a desejar , falta de paciência pra explicar as coisas entre outras ..
Só espero que tomem as providências né pq comentário negativo tá cheio assim como tá cheio de gente querendo trabalhar e precisando de verdade ?
