★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou muito, mas muito para entregar tudo, praticamente 7 meses brigando com eles o tempo todo. Falta de respeito e comprometimento. Tem esquadrilha riscada. Entregaram uma parte, quebraram marmore, paredes, estragaram pintura. Não atende telefone. Não responde WhatsApp. Mentira é o que mais se ouve deles. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o servico de montagem de janelas e portas para minha residencia e ja estao 2 meses atrasados e nao entregam minhas janelas. Toda semana diz q vai entregar e nao entrega absolutamente nada! Noaorecomendo !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não completaram o serviço contratado E FUI ATÉ LÁ INÚMERAS VEZES para marcar o dia em que viriam encerrar; como NUNCA vieram, entrei com processo no juizado especial ( "Pequenas Causas" ) - E GANHEI ! mas, devido `as mudanças do cotidiano da vida, impostas pela pandemia da Covid-19, e o "Trânsito em julgado" ter sido publicado logo no início da pandemia , perdi o ao prazo para entrar com a execução.
They did not complete the contracted service AND I WENT THERE NUMBER OF TIMES to mark the day when they would come to close; as they NEVER came, I filed a lawsuit in the special court ("Small Causes") - AND I WON! but, due to the changes in daily life, imposed by the pandemic of Covid-19, and the "Transit unappealable" was published right at the beginning of the pandemic, I missed the deadline to start the execution.

A real nonsense! I waited for almost 2 months for a window and it was not delivered. Every week the person in charge said he was going to deliver and didn't deliver anything, just rolled it up! Lack of respect and professionalism.

Promete data de entrega e não cumpre!
Me prometeu, sem falta, por seis vezes... com intervalos de uma semana pela entrega de três janelas e não cumpriu. Tive enorme prejuízo com deslocamentos, pedreiro (que faria acabamento pós instalação das janelas).
E quando entrega ainda entrega errado e fora de esquadro. Evite essa empresa.
O proprietário, tem bom argumento pra vender... mas depois disso... não responde mgm, não atende suas ligações e inventa mil desculpas pra não cumprir com o programado.
Triste demais que existam profissionais assim no mercado.

And when delivery still delivers wrong and out of square. Avoid this company.
The owner has a good argument to sell ... but after that ... he doesn't answer mgm, he doesn't answer his calls and he makes up a thousand excuses for not complying with the schedule.
Too sad that there are such professionals on the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a mesma de todos que aqui estão reclamando , o sr Francisco e um grande de um filho da ....
Promete que vai entregar Marca a data e simplesmente não aparece e não de dar satisfação fiquei 5 meses tentando resolver civilizadamente , depois de 5 meses me entregou tudo pela metade com medidas erradas e peças todas riscadas parecendo sucatas , não indico nem para meu pior inimigo.
Unfortunately the same as everyone who is complaining here, Mr Francisco is a big son of a....
He promises he'll deliver Set the date and just doesn't show up and doesn't give satisfaction I stayed 5 months trying to solve it civilly, after 5 months he gave me everything in half with wrong measurements and pieces all scratched looking like scraps, I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
