Gastei em torno de 20mil reais ( isso mesmo) serviço pago em 31/08/2018 estamos em fevereiro e o "profissional" disse que não tem dinheiro para comprar motor do portão e conclusão de corrimão e grades. Estou quase 6 meses sem o serviço concluído. Não passem nem na porta.

Eles não dão suporte algum, me ignoraram, não indico e aviso, vc que contratar essa serralheria Cambuci vai ter dor de cabeça, eles são enrolados com tudo, prazo de serviço, suporte, retorno de contato. Muito decepcionada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tinha tido uma experiência tão ruim como esta. As duas janelas que fizeram apresentaram defeitos, inclusive a parte de alvenaria que foi contratada junto. Logo na primeira chuva entrou água tanto pela janela quanto pela parte de alvenaria. Não consigo travar a guilhotina dos vidros porque não chega até o final. Entro em contato com eles e dizem que vão solucionar, mas ninguém aparece. Essa saga já tem 4 meses. Fujam!
