E ainda o vidro do meu box ficou completamente torto, marcaram um horário para o reparo, e não apareceram, nem se quer deram satisfação. Digo com todas as letras NÃO RECOMENDO. PÉSSIMO

entendo que imprevistos acontecem, e que talvez essa seja a melhor serralheria do país, mas abaixo descrevo uma boa parte da minha experiência com a Betel Serralheria e Vidraçaria
Entrei em contato com a empresa afim de instalar um box e reformar a janela da sacada. tudo por R$1.600, no começo sempre prontos e gentis.
Depois de diversas remarcações (pq uma, duas horas depois da hora combinada, eles mudavam a data) achei melhor cancelar o pedido, afinal, já era a quarta vez que eu saia de casa, ficava plantado no apartamento e eles desmarcavam. Foi onde a boa relação começou a mudar, quando decidi cancelar o serviço, o dono, se fazendo passar por advogado berrava no telefone que ele era do jurídico e que ia me processar. Achei estranho pq nem mesmo nora fiscal me deram. Mas depois do bate-boca, voltei atrás e resolvi aceitar o serviço pq a obra ja estava atrasada.
ESSE FOI O MAIOR ERRO QUE COMETI E É POR ISSO QUE ESTAMOS AQUI AGORA!
Era um circo de horrores, dois funcionários, um que repetia o tempo todo, "Vou caprichar aqui pra você" e o outro que só mudava o bordão "Nunca trabalhei com isso, estou aprendendo, hein hahaha!"
Box instalado, vamos para a sacada!
O que tinha sido vendido como um KIT novo para sacada, era na verdade duas vigas, o resto aparentemente poderia ser reaproveitado, quando entrei em contato com a moça responsável pela empresa (já que eu tinha deixado claro que não falaria com o "advogado-serralheiro"), era um festival de contradições, o dono mandava ela dizer uma coisa, que depois ela dizia outra, e os funcionários diziam uma terceira, até que no final minha janela ficou completamente torta (vocês podem ver nas fotos), com risco alto de infiltração (tenho piso de madeira), arrebentaram o guarda-corpo (a grade na frente da janela), me fizeram perder R$1.000, mais uma quantia bem alta para poder consertar isso tudo, e dois dias que precisei me ausentar no trabalho. Além de me atrasar a obra em uma semana.

I contacted the company in order to install a box and renovate the balcony window. all for R $ 1,600, at the beginning always ready and kind.
After several bookings (because one, two hours after the agreed time, they changed the date) I thought it was better to cancel the order, after all, it was already the fourth time I left the house, I was planted in the apartment and they canceled. That was where the good relationship started to change, when I decided to cancel the service, the owner, posing as a lawyer was screaming on the phone that he was a lawyer and that he was going to sue me. I thought it was strange because they didn't even give me a tax clerk. But after the chat, I went back and decided to accept the service because the work was already late.
THIS WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE AND THAT'S WHY WE ARE HERE NOW!
It was a circus of horrors, two employees, one who repeated all the time, "I'm going to fix it here for you" and the other that just changed the catchphrase "I never worked with that, I'm learning, huh hahaha!"

What had been sold as a new balcony KIT, was actually two beams, the rest apparently could be reused, when I contacted the girl in charge of the company (since I had made it clear that I would not speak to the "lawyer- locksmith "), it was a festival of contradictions, the owner told her to say one thing, which afterwards she said another, and the employees said a third, until at the end my window was completely crooked (you can see in the photos), with risk high infiltration (I have wooden floors), the guardrail (the railing in front of the window) broke, made me lose R $ 1,000, plus a very high amount to fix it all, and two days that I had to be absent from work . Besides delaying the work by one week.
