Paguei mais da metade a vista! Seriam dois portões e sabiam da minha urgência! Prometeram os portões em 15 dias e ainda disseram que era um serviço fácil e que provavelmente entregariam até antes de 15 dias. Passaram os 15 dias e falaram que tiveram problemas com afastamento de funcionário mas que na semana seguinte entregariam meus portões. Até aí tudo bem, é aceitável pois imprevistos acontecem, mas na semana seguinte fui perguntar do meu portão e falaram a mesma coisa semana quem! E na seguinte a mesma coisa semana que vem! E se passou mais de um mês! Eu mandava mensagem perguntando e eles visualisavam e nem me respondiam! Não indico essa serralheria!
Lack of respect for the customer!
I paid more than half the cash! There would be two gates and they knew my urgency! They promised the gates in 15 days and even said that it was an easy service and that they would probably deliver even before 15 days. The 15 days passed and they said that they had problems with employee leave but that the following week they would deliver my gates. So far so good, it's acceptable because unforeseen events happen, but the following week I went to ask about my gate and they said the same thing every week! And the next same thing next week! And it's been over a month! I sent a message asking and they visualized and didn't even answer me! I do not recommend this locksmith!
