★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi pago a metade do serviço, passou um mês apos a data da possível entrega dos serviços e muita ligação e ida ate a loja. Então eles iniciaram os serviços, muito mau feito e sem capricho algum.
Ainda não finalizaram, indo para quase dois meses apos a data final de entrega dos serviços.
Um dos donos alega não poder trabalhar quando esta chovendo, mesmo sendo em área coberta, muita promessa e nenhum retorno nem para dar desculpa.
Half the service was paid, a month passed after the date of possible delivery of the services and a lot of calling and going to the store. So they started the services, very badly done and without any caprice.
They have not yet finished, going for almost two months after the final date of delivery of services.
One of the owners claims not to be able to work when it is raining, even though it is in a covered area, a lot of promise and no return even to make excuses.

Infelizmente não tive um bom atendimento. Fechei contrato visando início e término em um determinado mês e dentro deste mês entrei em contato inúmeras vezes cobrando a presença e serviços dos mesmos. Com exceção da secretaria que me atendia prontamente (porém sem poder de resolução) , nenhum dos donos me retornou dentro do mês em questão para justificar ou mesmo conversar sobre, uma vez que no mês seguinte eu não poderia atendê-los. Total descaso e machismo, pois bastou meu marido entrar em contato extremamente aborrecido logo tivemos um retorno. Porém, infelizmente estamos indo para o terceiro mês e os serviços não foram concluídos completamente. Sem contar a falta de capricho e organização, pois além de mal feito eles agendam, mandam o funcionário sem o material e sem saber o que deve ser feito no cliente. Sem contar a rotatividade de funcionários.. um começa e vem outro tentar terminar.. Realmente não é um local que ofereça qualidade e confiança no serviço. Não desejo a ninguém os transtornos que passei com tal empresa. Procurem outra!!!
Expensive, poor service and poor management. Just promises ...
Unfortunately I didn't have a good service. I signed a contract aiming to start and end in a certain month and within this month I contacted numerous times charging for their presence and services. With the exception of the secretariat that served me promptly (but without the power to resolve), none of the owners returned to me within the month in question to justify or even talk about it, since the next month I could not serve them. Total neglect and machismo, as it was enough for my husband to get in contact extremely bored, we soon had a return. However, unfortunately we are going into the third month and the services have not been completed completely. Not to mention the lack of caprice and organization, because in addition to poorly done they schedule, send the employee without the material and without knowing what should be done on the client. Not to mention employee turnover .. one starts and another tries to finish .. It really is not a place that offers quality and reliability in service. I do not wish anyone the inconvenience I went through with such a company. Look for another one !!!
