★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena que não tem como dar ZERO estrela. PIOR SERRALHERIA de Pirituba. Não façam negócios com eles. Eu paguei 4.400 reais num portão basculante com motor PPA de 8 seg. Vou elencar os problemas:
Demora absurda para a instalação, sempre alegando que estavam com problemas com funcionários.
No dia da instalação, nem extensão eles trouxeram. 4 meses depois, o motor parou, e eu tive que comprar um novo. Fora que o freio descida nunca foi regulado. A conexão elétrica eu tive que fazer, pq eles deixaram o fio exposto. 2 meses de instalado, o portão já tem pontos de ferrugem. Quebraram um pedaço da alvenaria da minha parede e nem sequer consertaram. Péssimos de atendimento. Na hora da negociação, são maravilhosos. Depois, só dor de cabeça. Fuja!

Bad service. When it comes to trading, they are wonderful. Then just a headache. run away!
