Após a instalação do meu portão, o mesmo quebrou e fica emperrado para fechar. Em contato com a serralheria eles NUNCA conseguem mandar um técnico avaliar o problema para fazer um orçamento de manutenção. As atendentes Carol e Débora só enrolam falando que o técnico vai e ficamos na data e hora esperando e nada. O pior é que por semanas fiquei tentando fazer que eles mandassem um técnico e eles NUNCA me davam retorno nem pra dizer que ele não iria. Péssimo serviço, péssimo atendimento, NÂO CONTRATEM!
 Poor customer service.
After installing my gate, it has broken and is stuck to close. In contact with the locksmith they can NEVER have a technician evaluate the problem to make a maintenance budget. The attendants Carol and Deborah just fool around saying that the technician is going and we were on time and waiting and nothing. The worst thing is that for weeks I was trying to get them to send a technician and they would NEVER give me back to say that he wouldn't go. Poor service, poor service, DO NOT CONTRACT!
