★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tanto atendente, quanto profissionais, tratam bem só na venda, depois que paga é só descaso, mais de 30 dias de atraso e com vários defeitos, inclusive pontos de ferrugem.
 Lousy service, both attendant and professionals, treat well only in the sale, after paying is only negligence, more than 30 days late and with several defects, including rust spots.

Na correria procurando um número,achei aqui serraria novo mundo,em trinta minutos estava na minha sala fechando o pedido.prazo não cumprido não atendi a ligação toda x que inhamos lá era uma desculpa, a obra em casa parada aguardando o portão sonhado q virou pesadeiro,entregam o portão com pintura só de fundo,acabamento nós parafusos feio com soldas a mostra, mal colocado sem fechar corretamente, fomos lá questionar ,claro só promessas e não vinheram ajustar o portão e nem pintar.tivemos que contratar outra empresa, é decepção total, gastos , um stress , não recomendo, e peço a todos quando contratar uma empresa ,análise, busque informações dos clientes que foram atendidos e vejam comentários,não fizemos isso na correria é só foi sofrimento.

Deadline not met I didn't answer the call every time we went there was an excuse, the work at home stopped waiting for the dream gate that turned heavy loader, they deliver the gate with only background painting, we finish with ugly screws with exposed welds, poorly placed without closing properly, we went there to question, of course, only promises and they didn't come to adjust the gate or paint. We had to hire another company, yeah total disappointment, expenses, stress, I do not recommend, and I ask everyone when hiring a company, analysis, seek information from customers who were served and see comments, we did not do this in the rush, it was just suffering.

pintura só de fundo, mal acabamentos nós parafusos,alguns lugares amassados.nao foi isso o combinado.
Tivemos muita paciência e conversa ,porém não foram cumpridos. Resultado, tivemos que pagar outro serviço, para pintura e acabamentos e alinhar o motor que não estava fechando .Não recomendo! é muito triste para nós clientes, pagar por um serviço mal prestado.
Order was made on 05/03/21 term 30 to 40DD, it was delivered on 07/23/2021. As for the term, everything was fine, if the service was delivered with quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo a pior experiência possível, pois já está quase fazendo dois meses q deixamos um sinal de 500 reais para fazer um parapeito q encomendamos e até agora nenhuma resposta e total falta de atenção, qdo meu filho foi na loja para saber se já estava pronto, estavam de mudança para Mauá e não avisaram, ligamos mas ele não atende o telefone, não atende mais o Whatsapp, enfim, ficamos sem o nosso dinheiro às vésperas do Natal, sem o produto, sem segurança nenhuma pq o local é alto e perigoso, risco de acidentes, e sem condições de comprar em outro lugar, arrependimento total, muito triste isso, eu jamais recomendaria para alguém.
It's been the worst experience possible, as it's been almost two months since we left a sign of 500 reais to make a parapet that we ordered and so far no response and total lack of attention, when my son went to the store to find out if it was ready , they were moving to Mauá and they didn't notify us, we called but he doesn't answer the phone, he doesn't answer the Whatsapp anymore, anyway, we ran out of money on Christmas Eve, without the product, without any security because the place is high and dangerous , risk of accidents, and unable to buy elsewhere, total regret, very sad this, I would never recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá, dia 21/07/2021 fechei uma grande compra com Sr Deibson.
Foi feito um Pix no valor de R$3.900,00 de entrada, com promessa de instalação no dia 21/09/2021. Após esse episódio, foram dadas várias datas de instalação coisa que nunca aconteceu.
Por fim fui até a empresa do nosso grande amigo que fez a mudança da empresa dele vai saber para onde, não informando aos seus Clientes.
Depois de diversas ligações e mensagens consegui falar com sua esposa Dona Daniele que passou seu contato por e-mail, que tb não foi respondido.
Dia 26/12 meu pai de 71 anos caiu de 3 metrôs de altura em um lugar que era para ter uma escada que não foi instalada por nosso amigo.
Graças ao bom Deus, foram feitos todos exames ficou em observação por 8hrs e ele passa bem.
Já tive algumas informações que ele está próximo à Barão de Mauá.
Lembrando que irei procurar todos meus direitos.

Finally I went to the company of our great friend who moved his company, who will know where, not informing his Clients.
After several calls and messages I managed to talk to his wife Dona Daniele who sent her contact via e-mail, which was also not answered.
On 12/26 my 71 year old father fell from 3 meters high in a place that was supposed to have a ladder that was not installed by our friend.
Thanks to the good God, all exams were done, he was under observation for 8hrs and he is doing well.
I already had some information that he is close to the Barão de Mauá.
Remembering that I will seek all my rights.
