Atendimento também deixou a desejar. Felizmente, existe a concorrência, têm empresas melhores em Sorocaba e não realizarei mais nenhum serviço com a Serralheria São José.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridículo!, solicitei um simples serviço - uma trava de segurança para portão, a recepcionista pouco receptiva disse que a trava já existia pronta para comprar nas lojas, expliquei que as medidas que procurava não existia, pois já havia procurado, e já tinha sido orientado a solicitar um serralheiro para fazer essa peça, ela disse que iria perguntar para alguém se era possível fazer, logo depois ela disse que somente era possível se eu comprasse um peça pronta e entregaria a eles para alterar o tamanho dela - "não seria melhor já fazer um pronta desde o inicio?" - procurei outro serralheiro que fica próximo desse local, ele aceitou e fez a trava perfeita, serviço rápido e bem feito, além das indicações futuramente vou precisar de outros serviços, adivinha para quem vou pedir?.
