★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Pedi um orçamento e fica uma funcionária chamada Isabel pedindo foto e fazendo perguntas sem sentido,apenas para saber se o serralheiro podera vir fazer um orçamento. Além da demora no retorno.

Vi sua resposta e vou anexar a foto da conversa para ver em qual momento faltei cpm a educação. Aliás foi sua funcionária que desligou na minha cara e me bloqueou no WhatsApp. Além de demorar um dia apenas para retornar a mensagem que ela pediu para enviar por telefone.
Acho que estava bem detalhada a solicitação e em caso e dúvidas o orçamentista deveria vir olhar.
Sempre precisamos de todos, inclusive dia clientes.
Trabalho com clientes a mais de 30 anos e o foco no cliente para mim e primordial.
