Estou a 3 meses com um serviço mal feito, sem assistência. Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Não indico nem para mmeu pior inimigo.
The worst service. Low quality. They don't deliver on time, they don't give any kind of return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavel: comprei vidro para protecao de parte de minha casa em Itanhaem. Prometeram entregar em 10 dias uteis... passaram mais de 15 e, em contato com a mesma, nao tive qualquer resposta. Tive apoios indiretos para solucionar, .... so assim. Mesmo com esse pessimo atendimento pedi orcamento para 3 janelas e uma porta ha mais de dez dias.... estou aguardando... ou melhor... buscando outro fornecedor...desculpem, nao recomendo!!!!! fica meu inconformismo com a falta de profissionalismo e atencao!!!!
Regrettable: I bought glass to protect part of my house in Itanhaem. They promised to deliver in 10 working days ... more than 15 passed and, in contact with the same, I had no answer. I had indirect support to solve, .... just like that. Even with this terrible service, I asked for a budget for 3 windows and a door for over ten days .... I'm waiting ... or better ... looking for another supplier ... sorry, I don't recommend !!!!! my disagreement with the lack of professionalism and attention is left !!!!

Comprei um Portão nessa loja e passei para pegar uma instrução de como trocar o miolo da fechadura, pois mesmo tirando o parafuso, não queria sair para a substituição. Acontece que o Técnico informou que não podia me atender para essa simples informação. Detalhe, ia fazer um orçamento para uma reforma para 3 janelas, 1 vitro cozinha, 1 porta e 1 vitro de banheiro que já tinha orçado em madeira (foto anexa) e estou em busca dos mesmos itens em Alumínio.Enfim, não fui atendido e óbvio que abri mão de orçar os itens em Alumínio nessa Loja. Resumindo fui a God-Fer Distribuidora de Fechaduras em geral na Rua Peruiibe, também no Belas Artes, fui extremamente bem atendido, com muita atenção e respeito que todo Cliente merece e por R$ 18,00, preço do miolo, tive o meu problema resolvido!

It turns out that the technician informed me that he could not attend me for this simple information. Detail, I was going to make a budget for a renovation for 3 windows, 1 kitchen, 1 door and 1 bathroom glass that I had already budgeted in wood (photo attached) and I'm looking for the same items in Aluminio. It's obvious that I gave up budgeting the Aluminum items in this Store. In short, I went to God-Fer Closing Distributor in general on Rua Peruiibe, also at Belas Artes, I was extremely well attended, with a lot of attention and respect that every Customer deserves and for R$ 18.00, price per piece, I had my problem sorted out!
