★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São enrolados, irresponsáveis quanto a entrega. Antes de fechar o serviço ficaram me ligando depois não atendiam minhas ligações, quando fui reclamar pessoalmente já existiam ou clientes reclamando também. Não recomendo!
They are tangled, irresponsible as to delivery. Before closing the service they kept calling me after they didn't answer my calls, when I went to complain personally they already existed or customers complained too. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz orçamento em 7/9/2020, foi avençado prazo de 30 dias para instalação do portão, contudo, após várias ligações instalaram em 52 dias. No dia da instalação faltou cabo de aço (tive que sair para buscar) e eletrodo de solda (tive que sair para buscar), gastaram 2 dias para instalar. Quando da contratação me perguntou quantos controles remotos eu precisa: disse três, contudo me entregou dois. Quando da contratação disse que entregava pintado o portão, mas passou uma mão de tinta e o portão já está enferrujando com menos de um mês de instalação. Já liguei 4 vezes, ainda não resolveram os problemas.
I budgeted on 7/9/2020, a 30-day deadline for installing the gate was agreed, however, after several connections they installed in 52 days. On the day of the installation there was a lack of steel cable (I had to go out to get it) and a welding electrode (I had to go out to get it), it took 2 days to install it. When hiring, he asked me how many remote controls I need: he said three, but he handed me two. When the contract was signed, he said that he was delivering the gate painted, but he wiped it with paint and the gate is already rusting with less than a month of installation. I've called 4 times, they still haven't solved the problems.
