★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje de manhã fui pego de surpresa com o cancelamento de nossa estadia q seria do dia 2 ao dia 6 de janeiro, justificativa foi a numeração do cartão, não nos ligaram ou ao menos mandaram mensagem solicitando outra numeração.
Ficamos chateados, pois se o cancelamento fosse nosso, teríamos q pagar uma multa de metade da estadia, agora vcs cancelam sem nos dar opção para sanar o problema, foi um ato injusto.
Falha na gestão de vcs, então futuros clientes fiquem atentos aos cancelamentos sem justificativas.
 This morning I was taken by surprise with the cancellation of our stay that would be from the 2nd to the 6th of January, justification was the numbering of the card, did not call us or at least sent a message requesting another numbering.
We were annoyed because if the cancellation was ours, we would have to pay a penalty of half of the stay, now you cancel without giving us the option to remedy the problem, it was an unfair act.
Failure to manage vcs, then future clients pay attention to cancellations without justification.

Super clean place, very close to the beach (1 block and crossing the highway) and supermarket very close too. Helpful staff. I recommend

Reserva tranquila, pagamento antecipado.
Ponto Positivo:
- Bem próximo a praia da Lagoinha.
Pontos Fracos:
- Limpeza deixou a desejar
- Ventilador de Teto muito sujo.
- Louça Suja, precisamos relavar tudo.
- Muitas Baratas e Lagartixas
- Água da ducha e pias escura
- Ruas do condomínio extremamente esburacadas, parece um campo de guerra.
- Segurança do condomínio fraquíssima.
- Imóvel antigo e mal conservado.
Enfim, pelo mesmo preço teríamos um hotel 3 ou 4 estrelas no Nordeste.
Não recomendamos.

Quiet booking, advance payment.
Positive point:
- Very close to Lagoinha beach.
Weaknesses:
- Cleanliness left to be desired
- Very dirty ceiling fan.
- Dirty dishes, we need to rinse everything.
- Many Cockroaches and Geckos
- Shower water and dark sinks
- Extremely bumpy condo streets, it looks like a battlefield.
- Security of the very weak condominium.
- Old and badly maintained property.
Anyway, for the same price we would have a 3 or 4 star hotel in the Northeast.
We do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos no Serra Mar do dia 18 ao dia 25 de Setembro. A localização é muito boa, cerca de 200 mts da praia, já o resto...
O apartamento é mal conservado, cheiro muito forte de mofo, pra quem tem alergia, só a base de anti alérgicos. Reclamei do cheiro e me ofereceram o flat ao lado, que estava fedendo mais ainda. Tivemos que lavar o banheiro ao chegar, estava sujo. Para amenizar o mal cheiro, coloquei o criado do quarto na varanda, e me chamaram a atenção por isso... água da pia e da ducha escura e suja. O carro fica em frente ao flat, não há portão ou grade, ou seja, o carro praticamente na rua. TV somente no quarto, muito pequena, com poucos canais e imagem ruim. Quando voltar a Ubatuba, certamente ficarei em outra acomodação. Não recomendo

I complained about the smell and they offered me the flat next door, which was stinking even more. We had to wash the bathroom when it arrived, it was dirty. To alleviate the bad smell, I placed the room attendant on the balcony, and they caught my attention for that ... water from the sink and the shower, dark and dirty. The car is in front of the flat, there is no gate or railing, that is, the car is practically on the street. TV only in the room, very small, with few channels and bad picture. When I return to Ubatuba, I will certainly stay in another accommodation. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante, pelo custo benefício, só acho que deveria ficar aberto uns dois dias antes do Check-in, por conta do cheiro de mofo, mais o resto amei.
I liked it a lot, for the cost benefit, I just think it should be open a couple of days before Check-in, because of the musty smell, but I loved the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é muito bonito, limpo e organizado fui muito bem atendido. O único ponto contra é que o local é afastado tanto de Caraguatatuba como de Ubatuba. Cerca de 1h de moto com trânsito. Se fosse mais próximo era 10 estrelas kkkk. Ponto positivo também pelo preço acessível.
The place is very beautiful, clean and organized I was very well attended. The only downside is that the place is far from both Caraguatatuba and Ubatuba. About 1 hour by motorbike with traffic. If it was closer it would be 10 stars lol. Plus point for the affordable price.
