Funcionários honestissimos, essa semana no dia que choveu muito foi fazer compras e sem querer deixei minha bolsa no carrinho e eles guardaram do jeito que deixei voltei no outro dia e eles me deveram, gostaria de agradecer e parabenizar pela gentileza e caráter dos funcionários do estabelecimento, hoje em dia isso é rari

Mesmo sendo clientes a mais de 15 anos no local, hoje mandaram meus pais tirarem o carro de la , so pq íamos ao Banco Bradesco que fica so lado! Íamos ao Bradesco para voltar e fazer compras na loja!
Nunca vi nenhum funcionário tirar carros de pessoas normais das vagas de deficientes e agora essa novidade aviltante para mim e meus pais, como clientes antigos!
Fui perguntar a uma funcionaria no balcão da loja e ela foi muito rude e mal criada comigo!
Achei desnessário tamanha falta de respeito!
Me senti muito mal como pessoa e aviltada como cliente! Alem dos preços estarem altos e nao haver mais boas promoções era só isso que faltava: desrespeitar clientes!!
Porque nao fazem uma pesquisa para ver quem realmente é cliente da loja antes de fazer isso?!
Estou horrorizada!
Nunca esperei isso de um comercio que compro a tanto tempo!
Pelo jeito a gerencia atual não precisa de clientes, para em tamanha crise, maltratar fregueses!

É por isso que logo o Marketing Multinivel substituirá essas lojas, como ja acontece no restante do mundo! Lá eles valorizam seus clientes....
I am outraged by the attitude taken by the Serrano supermarket of Av São Sebastião in Ibiúna!
Even though they have been clients for over 15 years at the place, today they sent my parents to take the car out of there, so we went to Banco Bradesco, which is next door! We were going to Bradesco to go back and shop in the store!
I have never seen any employee take cars from normal people out of the disabled places and now this demeaning news to me and my parents as old customers!
I went to ask an employee at the store counter and she was very rude and poorly raised with me!
I found such disrespectful disrespect!
I felt very bad as a person and debased as a customer! Besides the prices are high and there are no good promotions, that's all that was left: disrespect customers !!
Why not do some research to see who really is a store customer before you do that ?!
I am horrified!
I never expected this from a trade I buy for so long!
