★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A avaliação é ruim não pela qualidade do serviço em si, mas pelo atendimento. Marquei com ele dia e hora para instalar, passei o endereço correto em Ribeirão Preto. A portaria estava avisada. Me ligou eu estava em reunião, 8 minutos depois respondi por whatsapp que era só chamar na portaria. Ele estava com meus aparelhos, abandonou o serviço e foi embora.
9 minutos depois do WhatsApp liguei duas vezes, na segunda disse que já estava em Sertãozinho. A portaria disse que o viu na frente e que nem sequer saiu do carro. Me mandou um áudio em que diz sequer saber meu nome. Eu me apresentei para ele no dia que contratei os serviços, sequer anotou meu nome, a responsabilidade de saber o nome do cliente é da empresa.
Tenho fatos e testemunhas para comprovar o que escrevi. Se tivesse descido do carro e pedisse acesso na portaria, teria resolvido o problema. Mesmo que ele não tivesse sido avisado para perguntar na portaria, entre o horário combinado e minha resposta passaram-se 15 minutos, não o dia inteiro como alega.

9 minutes after WhatsApp I called twice, the second said I was already in Sertãozinho. The concierge said she saw him in the front and didn't even get out of the car. He sent me an audio that says he doesn't even know my name. I introduced myself to him the day I hired the services, he didn't even write down my name, the responsibility for knowing the customer's name is of the company.
I have facts and witnesses to prove what I wrote. If he had got out of the car and asked for access at the lobby, he would have solved the problem. Even if he hadn't been advised to ask at the concierge, between the agreed time and my answer, 15 minutes went by, not the whole day as he claims.
