★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive hoje, sábado dia 05/09/2020, a pior experiência da minha vida numa loja comercial, no Sertão Baiano localizada no CEASINHA mercado do Rio Vermelho.
O casal de vendedores foi extremamente grosseiro, após o episódio que contarei abaixo, que não me tratou outra alternativa se não abrir uma ocorrência denunciando o mal trato junto à administração do mercado.
Com a intenção de comprar um mix de oleaginosas fui até está loja e pedi castanha do Pará e logo de cara já fui surpreendido com o péssimo humor do rapaz que me atendia. Ele falou "me fale logo tudo que vc vai querer...". Mas não me importei e informei cada item. Pedi calcular o valor e fui olhar um pacote de amendoim é conferir o preço. Quando puxei o pacote o do lado, ou não armazenado ou porque é material plástico escorregou e ainda que eu tivesse tentado amortecer a queda, a embalagem abriu e caiu alguns pouquíssimos grãos de amendoim. Prontamente o atendente pegou, me desculpei. Para a minha surpresa ele incluiu o pacote de 12 reais é 50 centavos minha conta é disse que eu teria que pagar de uma forma grosseira. Pedi o código de defesa do consumidor gentilmente e ele me deu. A sua colega atendente tomou da minha mão e disse que se eu não fosse pagar que não podia ler o CDC.
Fiz a denúncia e gostaria de uma retratação dos donos da loja.

Today, Saturday, 09/05/2020, I had the worst experience of my life in a commercial store, in Sertão Baiano located in the CEASINHA market in Rio Vermelho.
The couple of salespeople was extremely rude, after the episode I will tell below, that they did not deal with me any alternative if I do not open a case denouncing the mistreatment with the market administration.
With the intention of buying a mix of oilseeds, I went to this store and ordered Brazil nuts and right away I was surprised by the terrible mood of the boy who served me. He said "tell me soon everything you will want ...". But I didn't care and reported each item. I asked to calculate the value and went to look at a package of peanuts and check the price. When I pulled the package on the side, either not stored or because it is plastic material it slipped and even though I had tried to cushion the fall, the package opened and a few very few peanut grains fell. The attendant promptly took it, I apologized. To my surprise he included the package of 12 reais is 50 cents my account is said that I would have to pay in a gross way. I kindly asked for the consumer protection code and he gave it to me. Your fellow attendant took my hand and said that if I didn't pay that I couldn't read the CDC.
I made the complaint and would like a retraction from the store owners.
