Na última vez que fui ao local não haviam filas, mas fiquei aguardando atendimento pela parte do pessoal que fica atrás do vidro para vir até mim e pegar um pen drive, lembro-me que o rapaz me olhou inúmeras vezes e não levantou para ir até lá, aguardei uns 10 minutos (só lembrando que não tinha outros clientes, só eu) e finalmente fui atendida. O cara pegou o pendrive, depois ele voltou e perguntou qual era o arquivo, mas tinha penas UM ARQUIVO, ou seja, não havia nem aberto o dispositivo. Ele observava de longe e só após mais 17 minutos o serviço foi finalizado.
