★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço prestado, tenho a TV pré pago e todo mês sofro um tipo de desrespeito... Vou até o local, ou até mesmo depósito o valor da recarga porém a mesma nunca cai na hora, tenho que ficar ligando ou mandando mensagem para que a recarga caia mesmo assim leva uns dois dias...
Fiz uma recarga no sábado (05/12) a atendente disse que ia cair na segunda 07/12 porque estava sem crédito, já são 18h14m nada da minha recarga e ninguém responde a mensagem no Whatsapp.
Bad service provided, I have prepaid TV and every month I suffer a kind of disrespect ... I go to the place, or even deposit the amount of the recharge but it never falls on time, I have to keep calling or texting so that the recharge falls even so it takes about two days ...
I made a top-up on Saturday (05/12) the attendant said it would drop on Monday, 07/12 because I was out of credit, it is already 6:14 pm nothing of my top-up and no one responds to the message on Whatsapp.
