★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo atendimento da chamada a atendente foi muito grosseira comigo, terça da semana passada solicitei um taxi dai ela solicitou o endeço só que tem local que não sabemos o nome da rua e eu estava na igreja pedi para ela colocar para o posto de gasolina que era proximo ficou reclamando e desligou dai eu retornei a ligação e pedi que colocasse para legar na barraca de tapioca que tinha na principal antes do posto ela simplismente falou senhora nao posso pois já pediu para o posto vá p lá...Eu estav só com uma criança de 1 mês no colo e um bb conforto meu filho chorava com fome ai eu havia sentado na barraca p amamentá-lo e liguei para solicitar o taxi...Eu só não cancelei porque meu esposo estava trabalhando ae não tinha cancelado na hora.
Faz 4 anos que eu era cliente da servi taxi utilizei varias vezes e nunca ganhei um brinde e já a terceira vez que sou contrangida...Sem falar em alguns motoristas mou morados que nem se quer pergunta se queremos ajuda.
Agora uso o uber e já ganhei varuas viajens gratuitas e sou bem tratada os motorias abem a porta e mim ajudam a entrar oferecem agua, bombons ou chocolate...Todos com ar condicionado e respeituosos.
By answering the call the attendant was very rude to me, Tuesday last week I requested a taxi then she requested the address only that has a place that we do not know the name of the street and I was in the church I asked her to put to the gas station that was next was complaining and hung up then I returned the call and asked to put to be in the tapioca tent that had in the main before the post she simply said lady can not because already asked for the post go there ... I was only with one 1 month old child on his lap and a comfort bb my son cried hungry then I had sat in the tent p breastfeed him and called to request the taxi ... I just did not cancel because my husband was working a and had not canceled at the time.
For 4 years I was serving the customer taxi I used several times and never won a toast and the third time I am contrangida ... Not to mention some drivers mou housed that not even question if we want to help.
Now I use the uber and have won varuas free travels and I am well treated the motorias ABEM the door and I get help provide water, candy or chocolate ... All with air conditioning and respectful.
