Algumas vezes cheguei pedindo para trocar determinada peça, por achar que estava ruim e eles apontaram o defeito correto, por valor muito mais em conta, o que é raro nesse segmento. Outro ponto positivo é a agilidade do serviço, sempre cumpriram as previsões de entrega.
I've been a client for some time, I've done several services in this workshop and I can say that the service is very good. Sometimes I came asking to change a certain part, because I thought it was bad and they pointed out the correct defect, for a much more affordable value, which is rare in this segment. Levei meu Captur que tava com 40.000 para trocar pastilha de freio+disco de freio e verificar outros itens que a concessionaria Renault prudente colocou um valor abusivo e economizei bastante. O mecânico só fez o que era realmente necessário. Fizeram orçamento sem custo e olharam itens que seria cobrado em outros lugares. Recomendo a Servcar e vou fazer as próximas revisões la.

I did brake service on my car and despite having needed a return, but they gave assistance in fixing the service and were willing to pay for the tow truck that took the car back to the workshop. I liked the honesty and remained a customer.
