Muito melhor fazer particular mesmo. É o que farei doravante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Estou tentando entrar em contato com o SAC pra saber onde fica a urgência e a atendente, quando atende, é apressada e praticamente desliga na cara. Ela alega que o SAC estão todos ocupados e pede pra ligar em instantes... Que descaso é esse?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente não vale apena ter um plano deste moro em Porto seguro e tenho que ir pra fazer uma consulta em Eunápolis 60km de distância. E ainda pagamos um plano sem benefícios.....
It really is not worth having a plan of this I live in Porto Seguro and I have to go to make an appointment in Eunápolis 60km away. And we still pay a plan with no benefits .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fiz uma gengivoplastia, e a periodontista teve q retirar o fio e as borrachinhas para realizar o procedimento. Após a recuperação da cirurgia não liberaram p eu fazer a manutenção do aparelho, pois alegaram q eu tinha feito uma antes da cirurgia. E realmente eu fiz, o problema é q em momento algum fui orientada sobre essa questão, desde ligar para saber os números dos profissionais p realizar a cirurgia até o final do processo. Agora tenho q ficar com os brakets cortando minha boca até concluir 30 dias da última manutenção. Absurdo! Palhaçada!
Terrible! I had a gingivoplasty, and the periodontist had to remove the wire and rubber to perform the procedure. After recovery from the surgery, they did not allow me to do the maintenance of the device, because they claimed that I had done one before the surgery. And really I did, the problem is that at no time was I guided on this issue, from calling to know the numbers of the professionals p to perform the surgery until the end of the process. Now I have to keep the brakets cutting my mouth until I finish 30 days of the last maintenance. Absurd! Clowning!

Terrible, whenever I need I can never be assisted due to bureaucracy, even being an emergency without counting the unpreparedness of the attendants.....
