Liguei para a Nestle avisando, e ela pediu para eu fazer um mega cadastro dessa mera e simples reclamacao, pedindo varios tipos de infos (cpf???) antes de poder me enviar um Tostines novo... nao tenho paciencia para tudo isso... o produto custa R$3... ServeBem: pare de comprar produtos de baixa qualidade. fique com marcas que preocupam com a experiencia do cliente!
 I bought a rotten Tostines Maizena (Nestle), horrible taste. I called Nestle to let them know, and they asked me to make a mega registration of this mere and simple complaint, asking for various types of info (cpf???) before being able to send me a new Tostines... I don't have the patience for all of this. .. the product costs R $ 3 ... ServeBem: stop buying low quality products. stick with brands that care about the customer experience!
