★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um procedimento com Dra. Isabella Avellar. Excelente, ela ainda me deu uma aula e eu com meus 57 anos achava que a escova de dente era "Eterna". Recomendo tb pela higiene do local e por seguir as normas para Covid.
I had a procedure with Dr. Isabella Avellar. Excellent, she even taught me a class and I, at 57 years old, thought the toothbrush was "Eternal". I also recommend for the hygiene of the place and for following the rules for Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência ao fazer uma entrevista para o cargo de dentista nesta clínica! Pra começar me deixaram plantada quase 1h do horário marcado na recepção. Quando a entrevistadora me chamou nem se apresentou, não quis ver meu currículo e já foi logo cortando assunto quando respondi que não fazia determinado procedimento. A conversa já começou ruim no WhatsApp, em pleno sábado à noite combinando uma entrevista segunda de manhã onde EU tive que perguntar o endereço da clínica e a hora, pois a pessoa que mandou mensagem só pediu para aparecer na clínica segunda-feira, só, sem se apresentar, sem endereço... eu que tive que perguntar. No dia da entrevista antes de ser “entrevistada”, a moça tava falando mal de uma outra dentista pelo celular “ah é aquela outra dentista querendo voltar!”. Na cara de outro profissional que queria entrar na clínica?? Sério mesmo??? Enfim, perdi meu tempo e dinheiro de passagem e peço aos colegas dentistas que não trabalhem nesse tipo de lugar “clínica popular” totalmente anti ético!
Bad experience interviewing for the position of dentist at this clinic! For starters, they left me planted almost 1 hour after the appointment at the reception. When the interviewer called me or introduced herself, she didn't want to see my resume and immediately cut the subject when I replied that I wasn't doing a certain procedure. The conversation already started badly on WhatsApp, in the middle of Saturday night, arranging an interview on Monday morning where I had to ask for the clinic's address and time, because the person who sent the message only asked to appear at the clinic on Monday, only, without introducing himself, without an address... I had to ask. On the day of the interview, before being “interviewed”, the girl was talking badly about another dentist on her cell phone “ah, it's that other dentist wanting to come back!”. In the face of another professional who wanted to enter the clinic?? Really??? Anyway, I wasted my time and money in passing and I ask my fellow dentists not to work in this type of place “popular clinic” totally unethical!

Comecei um tratamento de 1 dente em 2019, efetuei o pagamento à vista e ainda não concluíram, pedi meu prontuário nesta data(21-2-2022), para que fosse feita a conclusão em outra clínica e me negaram.
A recepcionista sem a menor competência para atendimento ao público, não quis nem informar o nome do dentista responsável pela clínica e disse que dependia de uma autorização da chefia para concluir meu serviço que iniciou em 2019.
Uma estrela de avaliação séria excelente para essa clínica que tem muito a aprender atendimento ao cliente.

I started a treatment for 1 tooth in 2019, I made the payment in cash and they still haven't completed it, I asked for my medical record on this date (21-2-2022), so that the conclusion could be made at another clinic and I was denied.
The receptionist without the slightest competence to serve the public, did not even want to inform the name of the dentist responsible for the clinic and said that it depended on an authorization from the boss to complete my service that started in 2019.
An excellent serious rating star for this clinic that has a lot to learn customer service.
