★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 48 horas aguardando um reparo referente a um vazamento na minha ligação, na parte da rua de responsabilidade do SAAE, está jorrando água a dois dias, até o momento nenhuma equipe compareceu ao local. Falam tanto em economia de água mas não adianta o consumidor fazer sua parte e o SAAE não. Sem falar no risco que a estrutura de meu muro, e minha residência corre devido o vazamento e infiltração pelo vazamento.
I've been waiting 48 hours for a repair regarding a leak in my call, on the part of the street under SAAE's responsibility, water has been gushing for two days, so far no team has attended the scene. They talk so much about saving water but it's no use for the consumer to do their part and the SAAE doesn't. Not to mention the risk that the structure of my wall, and my residence runs due to leakage and infiltration by leakage.
