★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei exatamente 30 minutos esperando com meu filho de 5 anos com febre para passar por triagem , sendo que só tinha 1 pessoa na minha frente que fazia 1 hora esperando por triagem também, mas dividiram os atendimentos e a triagem só tem para sintomas que não se referem a COVID 19. Acho uma vergonha pois estamos passando por um momento delicado e não temos um atendimento de qualidade.
 I spent exactly 30 minutes waiting with my 5-year-old son with a fever to undergo screening, and there was only 1 person in front of me who had been waiting for screening for 1 hour too, but they shared the appointments and the screening only has for symptoms that are not refer to COVID 19. I think it's a shame because we're going through a delicate moment and we don't have quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento . Médico parece não entender sobre a leitura de exame e fica jogando um pra outro. Nesse joguinho fiquei aqui das 11:30 as 17horas. Os enfermeiros são responsável. Mais deixa a desejar na parte médica. Convênio pra que ? Pra nada e só status. Deixo MINHA OPINIÃO E FRUSTRAÇÃO com esse lixo de hospital
Terrible attendance . The doctor does not seem to understand about reading the exam and is throwing it at each other. In this little game I stayed here from 11:30 to 17 hours. Nurses are responsible. More leaves to be desired in the medical part. Agreement for what? For nothing and just status. I leave MY OPINION AND FRUSTRATION with this hospital waste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi ótima equipe muito bem preparada humanizada trata os pacientes com muito profissionalismo mas não deixa de lado a sensibilidade e humanidade demonstrando muita impátia amor para com o paciente é familiares tornando um momento tão difícil mais leve e seguro , agradeço a Deus por toda equipe que cuidou do meu esposo e eu neste momento de pandemia onde todos estão sobrecarregados é está equipe demonstrou em cada instante amor ao próximo e uma luta incansável para vencermos essa batalha .
Muito obrigada a todos os colaboradores do atendente ao que higieniza o quarto o que cozinha ao doutor todos são verdadeiros anjos heróis que lutam para que todos venham se recuperar gratidão e a palavra que fica em nosso coração por todos vocês

It was a great team, very well prepared, humanized, treats patients with great professionalism, but does not neglect sensitivity and humanity, showing a lot of impatient love towards the patient and family, making it such a lighter and safer moment, I thank God for the whole team that took care of it. my husband and I in this pandemic moment where everyone is overwhelmed is this team has demonstrated in every moment love for others and a tireless struggle to win this battle.
Thank you very much to all employees of the attendant who cleans the room what cooks the doctor, they are all true hero angels who fight for everyone to recover gratitude and the word that remains in our hearts for all of you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito demorado, ficamos 1hora e meia para passar pelo ortopedista e fazer um raio X. O problema não está no atendimento do médico que foi rápido, mas pediu um raio X e demoraram 1 hora para fazer. O processo está todo errado, levam todos os pacientes juntos, e todos tem que aguardar juntos para voltarem com a enfermeira… aí acumula para o médico poder atender. Gerência da enfermagem… vejam este fluxo!!! O atendimento era uma idosa de 84 anos.
Very long service, we spent 1 hour and a half to go to the orthopedist and have an X-ray. The problem is not in the doctor's care, which was quick, but he asked for an X-ray and it took 1 hour to do it. The process is all wrong, they take all the patients together, and everyone has to wait together to return with the nurse… then it accumulates so the doctor can attend. Nursing Management… see this flow!!! The service was an 84-year-old elderly woman.
