Sem falar do médico que foi super simpático e educado
Recomendo pela educação e agilidade !
It was packed, it took a while to call my password but the receptionist at the second counter was very quick and patient in her service
Not to mention the doctor who was super nice and polite
I recommend for education and agility!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha filha para realizar um exame admissional, demorou um pouco pois estava lotado mais a recepcionista mais nova foi super simpática, rápida e atenciosa,auxiliou muito bem a minha filha.
Atendimento excelente
I took my daughter to take an entrance exam, it took a while because it was crowded but the younger receptionist was super friendly, fast and attentive, she helped my daughter very well.

Médico grosso e mal educado.
A recepcionista mais nova também é muito mal educada e fica no celular e demora para chamar as pessoas além de ficar xingando o tempo todo a outra recepcionista japonesa.
Não recomendo a clínica e deixo uma dica para os proprietários: dar um treinamento melhor para os funcionários, tanto médico como recepcionista.

Thick and rude doctor.
The youngest receptionist is also very rude and stays on her cell phone and takes time to call people in addition to cursing the other Japanese receptionist all the time.
I do not recommend the clinic and I leave a tip for the owners: give better training to employees, both doctor and receptionist.

Atendentes despreparadas ! Onde conversam o tempo sobre assuntos aleatórios ... Onde não houve uma preocupação em mencionar que o médico sairia por uma hora ....
simplesmente me cobrou o valor do exame de R$: 45,00 reais, me pediu para aguardar !
Após isso uma segunda atendente me chamou para colocar preenchimento de dados ! A mesma só informou que o médico retornaria daqui uma hora após entregar esse documento em mãos !
Sentada aguardando o tempo pelo qual, não fui orientada desde o início ! Observei que o tempo todo, além de conversas paralelas e despreparo dos funcionários! Uma se debruçou na bancada principal e ficou de costas para os clientes !
Favor se atentarem ao atendimento ! E a postura de suas atendentes ! E principalmente instruir as pessoas antes, dando a essas opção de escolha se querem esperar ou não !

Please pay attention to the service! And the attitude of your attendants! And mainly instruct people first, giving them the choice whether to wait or not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!!uma falta de respeito com os clientes!!!!será que estão fazendo o trabalho de graça? péssimo atendimento, espaço super confinado,tudo apertado,recpsionistas sem paciência,médico grosso!!!!sem educação!!!!não recomendo essa clínica pra ninguém,só fiz Aki porquê já tinha pago adiantado pelo exame....nunca mais na minha vida!!!! não tem nenhum ventilador.....nota zero, clínica de fundos!!!
Horrible!!!a lack of respect for customers!!!!are they doing the job for free? bad service, super confined space, everything cramped, receptionists without patience, rude doctor!!!!no education!!!!I don't recommend this clinic to anyone, I only did Aki because I had already paid in advance for the exam....never again in my life!!!! doesn't have any fan.....no note, fund clinic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar desorganizado, voce chega pega uma senha fica mais de 1h com essa senha sem nenhum atendimento, apos isso ai que eles vao dar papel pra preencher ou te atender.
Funcionárias com cara de poucos amigos sem falar que o lugar e um aperto e nao tem cadeira suficiente.
Disorganized place, you arrive, get a password, stay for more than 1 hour with this password without any assistance, after that they will give you paper to fill in or serve you.
Employees with a face of few friends not to mention that the place is tight and there are not enough chairs.
