Minha mãe ficou horas aguardando o atendimento por telefone, porque na gravação, que começou pelo número 6 na vez do atendimento, toda vez que chegava ao primeiro da fila, retornava ao número 6 e o processo em looping se repetiu diversas vezes.
Shame on the telephone service of this honored institution.
