Liguei para marcar a renovação do meu curso,e fui atendido pela recepção que me transferiu para o setor de renovação..
Fiquei dez minutos esperando ser atendido e nada...
Falta de respeito deixar um cliente esperando..
Se não for para atender tira os telefones manda as atendentes em bora...
Ao invés de ficar pagando para quem não quer trabalhar...

Os profissionais que ministram os cursos são muito bem capacitados e receptivos. Estão de parabéns!
Todo o ambiente interno e externo é bem bacana. Porém precisam investir mais em um ambiente para as crianças como por exemplo um parquinho com escorregador, balanço dentre outras opções.
As piscinas, quiosques, campo de futebol estacionamento e etc. Ok
