★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Representa entrave burocrático e ineficiência de um serviço arcaico! O monopólio permite cobranças de taxas teoricamente incontestáveis. O agendamento é dificil. O telefone nunca atende. Filas lentas e intermináveis. Os funcionários são ineficientes e ríspidos. A cada serviço solicitam reconhecimento de firma que é feito em outro cartório. A tal devolutiva é lenta e, em geral, negativa. Perde-se um período de trabalho produtivo para ser mal atendido neste estabelecimento meramente burocrático. Em tempos tecnológicos, é inadmissível a existência deste tipo de serviço!
 Terrible! It represents bureaucratic hindrance and inefficiency of an archaic service! The monopoly allows theoretically incontestable fee collections. Scheduling is difficult. The phone never answers. Slow, endless queues. Employees are inefficient and harsh. For each service, they request notarization, which is done at another registry. Such feedback is slow and, in general, negative. A period of productive work is lost to be underserved in this merely bureaucratic establishment. In technological times, the existence of this type of service is unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo. Lugar péssimo para ir!!! Já fui três vezes e irei outras já que os(as) atendentes não conseguem ser precisos(as). Cada pessoa que atende pede um novo documento!!! Horrível!!! Prepare-se para passar muita raiva, gastar dinheiro e perder tempo!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sinceramente, escolhem com quem querem trabalhar, pessoas de mais "relevancias" e "poder aquisitivo" tem prioridades, fazem pouco caso de muitas pessoas, um lixo de atendimento, vergonhoso esse mercado dos cartorios , principalmente este !!!
honestly, they choose who they want to work with, people of more "relevance" and "purchasing power" have priorities, they don't care about many people, a garbage service, shameful this market of notaries, especially this one!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal com pouco conhecimento reclama de burocracia e valores pagos, mas seria interessante pesquisar primeiramente como funciona, quem normatiza e fiscaliza os cartórios e como são feitas as cobranças (que por sinal são determinadas pelos Tribunais de Justiça de cada estado, fazendo com que valores pelo mesmo serviço sejam diferentes), antes de fazer comentários que demonstrem e disseminam mais ignorância. Na hora de reclamar, deveriam reclamar com os responsáveis primeiro: como deputados estaduais e governadores. Aí sim poderímos todos fazer alguma diferença!
Persons with little knowledge complain about bureaucracy and amounts paid, but it would be interesting to first research how it works, who regulates and supervises the notary offices and how charges are made (which, by the way, are determined by the Courts of Justice of each state, causing amounts by same service are different), before making comments that demonstrate and spread more ignorance. When complaining, they should complain to those responsible first: such as state deputies and governors. Then we could all make a difference!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência no cartório foi ótima! Vejo algumas pessoas que tem preguiça de se informar das coisas colocando culpa no cartório, que presta um serviço de qualidade sim! Não adianta nada a pessoa chegar cheia de coisa errada ( eu já vi) e esperar um atendimento rápido! As pessoas deviam se informar mais e reclamar menos, se parassem para entender um pouco da máquina burocratica brasileira não falariam tanta asneira e não reclamariam tanto! Melhor usar a inteligência do que a língua (ou os dedos) para falar mau de algo que não sabem!
My experience at the office was great! I see some people who are too lazy to find out about things, blaming the registry office, which does provide a quality service! It's no use for the person to arrive full of wrong things (I've seen it) and expect a quick service! People should get more information and complain less, if they stopped to understand a little about the Brazilian bureaucratic machine they wouldn't talk so much nonsense and they wouldn't complain so much! Better to use your intelligence than your tongue (or your fingers) to talk bad about something you don't know!
