★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento, demoram muito atender as ligações para resolver problemas, isso quando decidem atender.
tentei resolver alguns problemas varias vx e uma das atendentes que mais me atendeu foi uma tal de Rosangela que sempre desliga o telefone não completando o atendimento ou não resolvendo o problema, ja sou cliente a mais ou menos 2 anos e é uma vergonha ser atendido dessa forma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa não dão suporte ao cliente cancelei meu rastreador já tem mais de um mês e o dinheiro não foi estornado no cartão de crédito me disseram que eu tenho que pagar todas as parcelas para o dinheiro ser estornado isso não existe pagar 10 parcela de uma coisa que vc não tá usando e a empresa não dar nem um suporte ao cliente
