★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Além de não ser bem atendido me cobraram um valor de R$250,00 alegando defeito que não existia em minha batedeira. Levei na concorrência e ficou 3x mais barato (R$90,00).
I do not recommend. In addition to not being well attended to me charged a value of $ 250.00 claiming defect that did not exist in my mixer. I took it in the competition and it was 3x cheaper (R $ 90,00).

Deixai uma semana um produto para fazer orçamento para um conserto, não cumpriram o prazo que me deram para a resposta e nem me procuraram para dar uma satisfação. Ainda acharam ruim quando cobrei uma solução! Tratam o cliente como se estivesse fazendo um favor! Funcionários mal educados e desatenciosos. Levei na concorrência e me deram o orçamento em um dia e já está sendo consertado o produto.
Bad experience with the company! Leave a product for a week to quote for a repair, they did not meet the deadline they gave me for the answer, nor did they come to me to give satisfaction. They still thought it was bad when I asked for a solution! Treat the customer as if they were doing you a favor! Rude and disrespectful employees. I took it in the competition and they gave me the budget in one day and the product is already being repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei 02 vezes o ferro da Mondial com problemas no cabo para conserto em garantia. Na primeira vez não trocaram o cabo e o problema voltou... Na 2. vez cortaram um pedaço do cabo (encurtaram), dizendo que uma parte do cabo estava em curto e que estava resolvido... Quer servicinho de porco! Será que não cobraram do fabricante a troca do cabo e tentaram dar um jeitinho no cabo? Agora o problema voltou pela 3. vez e o ferro não está mais na garantia... Estou abrindo reclamação no fabricante, mas com certeza, nada vai adiantar... Não recomendo esta assistência técnica!!!
I took 02 times the Mondial iron with cable problems for warranty repair. The first time they didn't change the cable and the problem came back ... The second time they cut a piece of the cable (shortened it), saying that a part of the cable was short and that it was resolved ... Want some pork! Didn't they charge the manufacturer to change the cable and try to fix the cable? Now the problem has returned for the 3rd time and the iron is no longer under warranty ... I'm opening a complaint with the manufacturer, but surely, nothing will do ... I don't recommend this technical assistance !!!
