★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 12/02/21 fiz a cirurgia no meu tornozelo. Dia 25/02/21 tive meu primeiro retorno ao ortopedista que passou 10 sessões de fisioterapia (que eu já fiz)
Ele me deu uma solicitação de retorno em 30 dias.
Dia 05/03/2021 procurei o posto de saúde do bairro Pitimbu para marcar meu retorno pós operatório, até hoje dia 03/05/2021 meu atendimento ainda não foi agendado.
Ou seja, estou desde o dia 16/03/21 sem fisioterapia.
Quando estive com o médico no meu primeiro retorno em 25/02/21 , o cirurgião disse que após 3 meses de cirurgia eu poderia colocar o pé no chão novamente.
Porém, para comseguir andar preciso da fisioterapia para fortalecer os músculos que estão sem estímulos há muito tempo.
Para fazer a fisioterapia, preciso do encaminhamento do médico junto com um raio x. Para ter esse encaminhamento preciso que meu retorno seja agendado.
Liguei pra sesap mas os números 3209-5330 e 3232-7432 só chamam e ninguém atende; os números 3232-2666 e 3232-2802 não recebem chamada ou não existem.
Fui à Sesap na av. Deodoro e lá me informaram o telefone da regulação.
Entrei em contato e falei com Patrícia. Ela disse que iria verificar o que estava acontecendo e entraria em contato.
Hoje, 03/05/21, liguei pra lá e quando falei com ela, ela disse que não era lá e eu teria que entrar em contato com o setor de ortopedia e me passou os números 3209-5330 e 3209-5335 que só chamam e ninguém atende.
On 02/12/21 I had surgery on my ankle. 02/25/21 I had my first return to the orthopedist who spent 10 sessions of physiotherapy (which I have already done)
He gave me a callback request in 30 days.
On 05/05/2021 I looked for the health post in Pitimbu neighborhood to schedule my post-operative return, until today 05/03/2021 my service has not yet been scheduled.
That is, I have been without physiotherapy since 03/16/21.
When I was with the doctor on my first return on 02/25/21, the surgeon said that after 3 months of surgery I could put my foot down again.
However, to continue walking I need physical therapy to strengthen the muscles that have been without stimulus for a long time.
To do physical therapy, I need a doctor's referral along with an x-ray. To have this referral I need my return to be scheduled.
I called sesap but the numbers 3209-5330 and 3232-7432 just call and no one answers; the numbers 3232-2666 and 3232-2802 do not receive a call or do not exist.
I went to Sesap on av. Deodoro and there I was informed about the regulation phone number.
I got in touch and talked to Patrícia. She said she was going to check what was going on and would get in touch.
Today, 05/05/21, I called there and when I spoke to her, she said it was not there and I would have to contact the orthopedics sector and gave me the numbers 3209-5330 and 3209-5335 that they only call and no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu estivesse participando de um concurso que dá um milhão de reais onde a regra pra ganhar fosse a pessoa que você ligar não atender, com certeza ligaria pra sesap. Chega a ser ridículo, tem telefone pra que? É de enfeite??? Uma semana ligando e NADA, o máximo que chegam próximo a esse telefone é pra desligar na nossa cara. Um descaso.
If I were participating in a contest that gives a million reais where the rule to win was the person you call doesn't answer, I would definitely call sesap. It's ridiculous, what do you have a phone for? Is it an ornament??? A week of calling and NOTHING, the most they get close to this phone is to hang up on our face. A neglect.
