★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos mas precisa de reformas. As camas de solteiro são unidas para fazer cama de casal e com isso se forma uma vala que é totalmente desconfortável para dormir. O banheiro precisa ser modernizado, a acústica não é boa e é possível ouvir todo barulho da rua. A ducha do chuveiro quente é excelente. Como estamos na pandemia, o café da manhã foi modificado, o local ficou muito grande e bonito, mas não gostei do novo sistema. Toda vez que você vai buscar algum alimento a louça anterior tem que ser descartada. O leite esfria muito rápido e levantar para pegar mais bebida tem que passar novamente pela longa fila. O hotel está finalizando a construção de novos quartos, vamos aguardar a liberação e conferir. A festinha caipira organizada somente para os hóspedes foi 10!
 Very good hotel, well located, helpful staff but in need of renovations. The single beds are joined to make a double bed and this forms a ditch that is totally uncomfortable for sleeping. The bathroom needs to be modernized, the acoustics are not good and it is possible to hear all the noise from the street. The shower in the hot shower is excellent. As we are in the pandemic, the breakfast was changed, the place was very big and beautiful, but I didn't like the new system. Every time you go to get some food, the previous dishes have to be discarded. The milk cools down very quickly and getting up to get more drink has to go through the long queue again. The hotel is finalizing the construction of new rooms, let's wait for the release and check it out. The rustic party organized only for guests was 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei por 5 dias e pude constatar a qualidade das instalações, excelência no atendimento de todos os funcionários/as, ótimo café da manhã e bastante preocupação com as regras sanitarias por toda equipe e hóspedes.
Os quartos / banheiros são modernos, funcionais e todo ambiente com belo design.
Cabe ressaltar as atividades culturais e esportivas durante o fim de semana para todas as idades. Há biblioteca, quadras, piscinas.
O hotel possui total acessibilidade a pessoas portadoras de dificuldades motoras ( elevador, banheiro, quarto). Preocupação com a sustentabilidade e coleta de lixo seletiva. Cães são bem-vindos. Localização excelente. Estacionamento próprio. Não sou comerciária nem conveniada ao Sesc. Considero o preço da diária compatível com o local e serviço oferecido.
Conheço bem a hotelaria da região e creio ser este o melhor de Friburgo. Pretendo voltar breve.
I stayed for 5 days and I could see the quality of the facilities, excellence in the service of all the employees, great breakfast and a lot of concern with the sanitary rules by the entire team and guests.
Rooms/bathrooms are modern, functional and beautifully designed throughout.
It is worth mentioning the cultural and sports activities during the weekend for all ages. There is a library, courts, swimming pools.
The hotel has full accessibility for people with physical difficulties (elevator, bathroom, bedroom). Concern about sustainability and selective garbage collection. Dogs are welcome. Excellent location. Own parking. I am not a trader nor affiliated with Sesc. I consider the daily rate compatible with the location and service offered.
I know the region's hotels well and I believe this is the best hotel in Freiburg. I intend to return soon.
