Queria apenas fazer minha a carteirinha e ele com pressa acredito para ir embora porque faltava 20 minutos para encerrar o expediente dele, nos tratou mal não quis fazer a carteirinha a todo momento falava que não ia adiantar fazer porque não tinha vaga que carteirinha não garante vaga que não ia adiantar pagar e que na academia já tinha 900 inscritos, sendo que em momento algum pedi para garantir vaga e nem falei de academia! Eu só queria deixar minha cartinha pronta só isso e que quando saísse alguma vaga para algum esporte eu iria lá fazer a inscrição. Bom enfim sei que não adianta postar aqui. Fiquei muito chateada e espero de verdade que melhore o atendimento em especial desse senhor que não quero espor o nome.
I was told so well about Sesi. But I was so mistreated by an attendant, I was very nervous. I just wanted to make my card and he was in a hurry I believe to leave because there were 20 minutes left to finish his workday, he treated us badly he didn't want to make the card all the time he said it wouldn't help to do it because there was no vacancy that card doesn't guarantee a place that there was no point in paying and that the gym already had 900 subscribers, and at no time did I ask to guarantee a spot or even mention the gym! I just wanted to leave my letter ready, that's all and that when there was a vacancy for a sport I would go there to register. Well, I know it's no use posting here. I was very upset and I really hope that the service will improve, especially for this gentleman who I don't want to name.
