★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência péssima. Muita demora no atendimento. Fui fazer um exame de jejum quase 11h da manhã. A chamada de ficha desordenada. Os funcionários com nível de estresse alto, aonde não resolvia e nem dava solução. Experiência horrível.
The experience sucks. Too much delay in service. I went for a fasting test almost 11:00 in the morning. The messy token call. The employees with high stress level, where it did not solve and did not give solution. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone só chama fora do horário do expediente. Incrível como pontualmente na hora que abre e na hora que fecha o telefone começa a chamar. Quando está no horário do expediente só dá ocupado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço odontológico é desorganizado, colocam que uma das normas para o atendimento odontológico é a pontualidade, pedem para o paciente chegar com 15 minutos de antecedência, porém eles mesmo não respeitam essa norma. Um desrespeito ao paciente, no meu caso a consulta estava agendada às 15h, aguardei até as 15:30, porem gota d'água foi quando avistei uma paciente entrar na minha frente. Fui falar com a atendente e ela disse em tom de aborrecimento que meu horário era entre 15:30 e 16 h. Mostrei a ela o meu canhoto onde ela mesma tinha agendado as 15h. Um desrespeito, e mais o serviço deles não é dos mais baratos não viu. É bem caro !

I went to talk to the attendant and she said in an annoyed tone that my time was between 3:30 pm and 4 pm. I showed her my stub where she herself had scheduled the 3pm. A disrespect, and their service is not the cheapest, you haven't seen it. It's very expensive!
