★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estudei no Sesi quando ainda era criança. A vibe continua, mesmo com algumas mudanças. Gosto da academia, da biblioteca e do pouco espaço verde que tem por lá. Os funcionários são receptivos e a instituição é agradável.
I studied at Sesi when I was still a child. The vibe continues, even with some changes. I like the gym, the library and the little green space there. The staff are welcoming and the institution is pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipamentos novos porém a internet é péssima, não abre nem o app da própria academia, que já não é muito bom. Meu treino venceu a tempos e não fazem um novo pq comentam que o sistema é péssimo para inserir ou realizar a mudança. Lamentável.
New equipment, but the internet is terrible, it doesn't even open the gym's app, which is no longer very good. My training expired and they don't do a new one because they comment that the system is terrible to insert or carry out the change. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu faço natação lá, mas o local oferece outras atividades como musculação e atendimentos na área da saúde. Acho que o único ponto positivo é a falta de simpatia do rapaz que controla abertura do portão no hórário da manhã.
I do swimming there, but the place offers other activities such as weight training and health care. I think the only positive point is the lack of sympathy from the guy who controls the opening of the gate in the morning.
