★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até ano passado ( 2019 ) eu era beneficiário por ser aposentado da Indústria. Este ano fui pagar manutenção e me disseram que eu não era mais beneficiário e teria que pagar um preço absurdo para frequentar o recinto. além do preço da academia que tb é altissimo . Moral da história: Estão querendo recuperar o dinheiro gasto com a reforma. Lamentável...

Poucos funcionários e os quê lá estão, muitos dispersos, lamentavelmente. Sugiro umcaixa só para receber às mensalidades

A estrutura e fantástica e os cuidados com o Covid nao vi igual em nenhuma outra academia.
Estão de parabéns!
Retornei após 2 dias para fazer a matrícula e a Ana me explicou tudo com calma, atendendo as minhas necessidades.
Eu super recomendado, os aparelhos ficam bem distantes um dos outros e a limpeza é constante.
Além disso posso caminhar por uma hora antes do treino com segurança.
Today I went to see the academy and was very well attended by Ana Paula. Super helpful, welcoming, I felt at home rss.
The structure is fantastic and the care with Covid has not seen the same in any other gym.
They are to be congratulated!
I returned after 2 days to register and Ana explained everything to me calmly, meeting my needs.
I highly recommend it, the appliances are well away from each other and the cleaning is constant.
I can also safely walk for an hour before training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema S é sempre muito bom e o Sesi representa muito bem.
As modalidades são diversas e acessíveis. A piscina é razoavelmente limpa.
A aquecida precisa dar uma melhorada, mas também atende bem.
Tem um ótimo restaurante dentro, com comida caseira e barata.
Única reclamação, é que não abrem vaga na escola do Sesi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena não poder dar 0 estrela. Se você está iludido achando que fazer um plano familiar é a certeza de um clube completo com todas promessas cumpridas, você está errado!
O que mais me incomodou e o motivo de eu ter cancelado meu plano familiar 3 meses depois, foi a FALTA DE EDUCAÇÃO do pessoal da portaria, sendo que uma vez uma mulher de olho claro DO HORÁRIO DAS 16H desmereceu eu e meu marido porque estávamos no último dia antes de vencer o mês (e eu estava indo pagar inclusive); a segunda vez, pelo horário das 16h30, um homem da portaria de estatura baixa e de boné, inicialmente nem iria olhar nossa carteirinha (erro dele já que devem olhar), aí quando citamos que íamos na secretaria pagar o mesmo foi EXTREMAMENTE brutal alegando que não poderíamos acessar o clube, apenas por cima (o que dá na mesma já que por cima ou por baixo EU ESTAREI DENTRO DO CLUBE). Detalhe: Todos os dias esses mesmos porteiros nos viam lá, não somos estranhos tentando acessar nada, mas a secretaria é DENTRO DO CLUBE!
LEMBRANDO que a forma de pagamento do Sesi é muito difícil, tudo lá é muito difícil, o clube não term débito em conta, pagamento por boleto, pagamento fixo por cartão de crédito, então para eu fazer o pagamento só consigo indo lá, E CHEGANDO LÁ OS PÉSSIMOS FUNCIONÁRIOS DA PORTARIA SÃO RUDES!
Para finalizar, fechamos um plano familiar na promessa que teríamos direito a natação, ainda mais porque meu marido operou o joelho e precisava demais; só que NUNCA surge uma vaga para os sócios, mas se você vier de fora e pagar 100 por mês a vaga derepente aparece, e tem mais, quando fomos cancelar o plano surgiu vaga para o dia seguinte, como em um passe de mágica! Academia do clube, que também usávamos, muito ultrapassada, aparelhos velhos, enferrujados, duros e que mais machucavam do que nos ajudavam!
Aos funcionários da secretaria e professores da academia não tenho crítica nenhuma, pelo contrário, sempre educados, eficientes e respeitosos.
Fica aqui nossa opinião sobre o clube e se puder, NÃO SE ASSOCIE PARA NÃO TER STRESS DIÁRIO!
Too bad I can't give 0 stars. If you are deluded into thinking that making a family plan is the certainty of a complete club with all promises kept, you are wrong!
What bothered me the most and the reason I canceled my family plan 3 months later, was the LACK OF EDUCATION of the concierge staff, and once a woman with a clear eye AT 4:00 pm discredited my husband and I because we were in the last day before the month expires (and I was going to pay inclusively); the second time, at 4:30 pm, a short stature man with a cap, initially wouldn't even look at our card (his mistake since they should look), then when we mentioned that we were going to the secretary to pay the same it was EXTREMELY brutal claiming that we could not access the club, only from above (which is the same since above or below I WILL BE INSIDE THE CLUB). Detail: Every day these same doormen saw us there, we are not strangers trying to access anything, but the secretary is INSIDE THE CLUB!
REMEMBERING that Sesi's payment method is very difficult, everything there is very difficult, the club does not have a debit in the account, payment by bank slip, fixed payment by credit card, so for me to make the payment I can only go there, AND ARRIVE THE TERRIBLE STAFF IN THE CONCEPTION ARE RUDE THERE!
Finally, we closed a family plan in the promise that we would have the right to swimming, even more so because my husband had a knee operation and he needed it a lot; only that there is NEVER a vacancy for members, but if you come from abroad and pay 100 per month, the vacancy suddenly appears, and there's more, when we went to cancel the plan, a vacancy appeared for the next day, as if by magic! Club gym, which we also used, very outdated, old equipment, rusty, hard and that hurt more than helped us!
I don't have any criticism of the secretary's employees and the academy professors, on the contrary, they are always polite, efficient and respectful.
Here's our opinion about the club and if you can, DON'T JOIN SO YOU DON'T HAVE DAILY STRESS!
