★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação aos professores são ótimos nada a reclamar notal dez... Agora a falta de comunicação do financeiro com a pedagogia é algo fora do comum, onde o financeiro apenas resposdeu aos email pelo fato de termos que marca a diretoria entre outros no corpo da mensagem... Onde é feita uma reunião no dia 07/04/21 para tratar de assuntos sobre manter cursos mediados a distância ou paralisar o curso e o ASSUNTO não ser repassado ao financeiro para se quer dar uma satisfação aos alunos se iria manter ou não manter os pagamentos, isso foi visto por todos que estavam presentes na segunda reunião 27/04/21. Ainda lembrando que essa reunião só foi marcada às pressas depois que o financeiro enviou o boleto no dia 23/04/21 sendo que o correto é ate o dia 10 de cada mês com a maioria ( sem avisar nadaaaaa) se quer um e-mail é informar que vencimento é pro dia 27/04/21 e quando questionados falaram que deram esse prazo para ser pago... Sendo que o do mês seguinte já foi enviado para a data de vencimento do dia 10/05/21...
Dizem estar sempre dispostos a receber ligações, abertos a diálogos mais alguns não todos falam que cada setor é responsável pelo seu setor . Mais quando ligamos no setor financeiro não atende... É né uma Empresa pelo porte enorme que essa é, creio eu que o dialogo entre setores deve existir para tudo gira pelo menos em 90%.
Se fosse apenas Eu era relevante, mais isso é um desabafo de 99% da turma TMAAA05-N Mecânica automotiva que está insatisfeita com esses dois setores da instituição da rede Betim.

They say they are always willing to receive calls, open to dialogues but some do not all say that each sector is responsible for its sector. But when we call in the financial sector it doesn’t answer ... It is a company, due to the enormous size that it is, I believe that the dialogue between sectors must exist for everything revolves at least by 90%.

CURSO TÉCNICO EM MANUTENÇÃO AUTOMOTIVA. Ótimos professores nada a reclamar e sim agradecer porque são excelentes profissionais.
PORÉM o Senai em si ta uma bagunça, muito desorganizado e com falta de comprometimento com seus alunos. Pedagogia e financeiro parece não ter comunicação essas duas áreas SÃO PÉSSIMAS... Prometem para alunos em reuniões e reuniões e nada é cumprido.
Senai betim hoje é sinônimo de descaso, falta de respeito e comprimento com os alunos.
Não recomendo??????.

TECHNICAL COURSE IN AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE. Great teachers, nothing to complain about, but to thank them because they are excellent professionals.
HOWEVER Senai itself is a mess, very disorganized and lacking commitment to its students. Pedagogy and finance do not seem to have any communication in these two areas. They ARE TERRIBLE ... They promise to students in meetings and meetings and nothing is accomplished.
Senai betim today is synonymous with neglect, lack of respect and length with students.
I don't recommend??????.
