★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudaram a política $$$ desmembrando as atividades,separando o clube da academia e das aulas o que baixou o valor da mensalidade.Melhor pra quem só frequenta a Academia como eu.Os aparelhos são muito bons,o público que frequenta é consciente e higieniza os equipamentos após o uso. O espaço é amplo com área separada pra exercícios funcionais ,tem até aparelhagem de Crossfit.Considero o melhor custo beneficío da cidade.
They changed the $$$ policy by dismembering activities, separating the club from the academy and the classes, which lowered the tuition fee. Best for those who only attend the gym like me. The devices are very good, the public who attends is aware and sanitizes equipment after use. The space is spacious with a separate area for functional exercises, even has a Crossfit apparatus. I consider the best cost benefit in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa de melhorias, também precisa de uma piscina nova e com cobertura, focada em natação, acho muito precário aquela piscina dividida ao meio, entre banhistas e alunos em aula, e sem uma boa profundidade.
It needs improvements, it also needs a new and covered pool, focused on swimming, I think that pool divided in half, between bathers and students in class, and without a good depth, is very precarious.
