★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns anos atrás fiz por um longo tempo natação no local e apesar de ser muitos alunos, a professora prestava atenção e auxiliava cada um. A piscina é muito boa, grande e em determinada parte funda e outra, mais acessível para quem não sabe nadar.
A instituição também é referência em vários cursos, a estrutura do local é excelente.
A frente do local está com um certo transtorno devido a obras na via porém continua acessível e uma boa localização.
A few years ago I did a long time swimming in the place and despite being many students, the teacher paid attention and helped each one. The pool is very good, big and in some deep part and another, more accessible for those who can't swim.
The institution is also a reference in several courses, the structure of the place is excellent.
The front of the site is somewhat disturbed due to road works but remains accessible and in a good location.

O prédio está como se fosse abandonado, mato alto, pintura velha da fachada, por enquanto está feio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixo registrada minha indignação com o SEST SENAT Belém onde apresenta uma deficiência muito grande na comunicação com o usuário por não responder e-mails e nem atenderem ao telefone no horário comercial.
Outro fator é o sistema de matricula arcaico, onde somente pode ser efetivado pelo usuário (seja colaborador do transporte ou comunidade) diretamente na unidade, vetando a possibilidade por meios eletrônicos (site, e-mail, link) ou algum parente que esteja na cidade de Belém, no caso. Vejo como um sistema excludente, tendo em vista que nem todos os usuários moram em Belém e/ou região metropolitana e não possuem o tempo livre para irem até a unidade.
Diante do manifesto, sugiro que a instituição possa atualizar-se com o objetivo de atingir a todos os públicos independentes da região do estado. Com a era digital 4.0, é de um profundo pesar esta ‘renomada’ instituição se prender a burocracia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você só consegue ser atendido pessoalmente ,pois ninguém atende o telefone da unidade icoaraci estou a três dias tentando adquirir informações sobre o curso que eu fiz mas não consigo, não existe atende nesta unidade.
