★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes não atende o telefone. As pessoas ficam horas esperando na linha e ninguém atende. Poxa , coloquem mais pessoas para trabalhar, pois as que estão lá não estão dando conta do atendimento. Uma falta de respeito muito grande com quem precisa de informações e principalmente para trabalhadores motoristas. Fica aqui minha indignação.
Attendants don't answer the phone. People wait on the line for hours and no one answers. Wow, put more people to work, because those who are there are not able to handle the service. A very big lack of respect for those who need information and especially for driver workers. Here is my indignation.

Se quiser falar com eles por telefone esquece, melhor vir pessoalmente.
E se vir pessoalmente deixe no mínimo uma manhã inteira pois é o tempo que vc vai gastar neste lugar. A única coisa que vi de bom aqui são as aulas dos professores pois no quesito atendimento está não recomendo.

If you want to talk to them over the phone, forget it, better come in person.
And if you come in person, leave at least a whole morning because that's the time you'll spend in this place. The only good thing I saw here are the teachers' classes because in terms of service, I don't recommend it.
