Precisei do atende para dentista, marquei e a moça pediu para eu ligar no dia antis para saber se já tinha chegado a broca para extrair meu dentre, blz, liguei! , Não chegou! Automaticamente aquela consulta deveria ser cancelada!
Liguei outro dia, aí veio a surpresa.
- o senhor tem um débito aqui de 30 reias por faltar na consulta. Olha sinceramente esse sistema não deveria fazer isso com quem precisa do SEST SENAT
