★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ouvi falar que está embargado pq onde cabia 12 andares fizeram as lajes mais finas para caber 13 andares, não sei se é verdade mas é bom verificar direitinho.
Também ouvi falar que como as obras foram embargadas os proprietários envadiram, terminaram o prédio e não pagam prestação.
Verifiquem.
I heard that it is embargoed because where 12 floors fit, they made the thinest slabs to fit 13 floors, I don’t know if it’s true but it’s good to check it out.
I also heard that as the works were embargoed, the owners shipped, finished the building and do not pay installments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem "ouviu falar" de embargo, saiba que tenho escritura do meu apartamento e que não há invasores nas torres. A construtora faliu antes de construir mais uma torre e há moradores que abriram processo contra eles. Não existe embargo. As 3 torres foram entregues.
For those who "heard" about an embargo, know that I have deed for my apartment and that there are no invaders in the towers. The construction company went bankrupt before building yet another tower and there are residents who filed a lawsuit against them. There is no embargo. The 3 towers were delivered.
